Funny isn't it, that you see 'Support Group' appear in all walks of life? I was browsing a well known Social Media outlet this morning and saw a support group for people with depression. I read the article (well watched a short video), and then read the comments attached about how people 'cope' with their depression, and similar associated problems, which have been diagnosed by a Doctor. I would never say that something which is a genuine medical problem should not receive attention, and I do not claim any medical qualifications or knowledge. I do, however, see that a 'support group' IS A WAY OF KEEPING YOU LOCKED IN YOUR PROBLEM!. Now, I know that's a bit strong for some people to cope with, but it is a plain, simple truth. Why on Earth would you want to stay locked in your problem, carrying Depression along with you, when you can REMOVE IT COMPLETELY and have a life free from anger, sadness, fear, hurt, and guilt, right NOW!
